About LusoCan — Market Access & Sourcing Partner
Empowering Portuguese building-material companies to export, source and grow globally.
Who We Are
LusoCan was founded by Adam Piett, a Canadian entrepreneur based in Lisbon and Toronto, to connect Portugal’s production expertise with international demand for high-quality, sustainable building materials.
With a background in commercial real estate, development, and construction, Adam leads LusoCan’s Canada-facing strategy, bringing practical insight into material performance, specification standards, and cross-border supply — including experience sourcing Canadian cedar for architectural applications.
LusoCan’s operations in Portugal are led by David Meneses, Commercial Director, who brings over eight years of experience in project management, consulting, and operations. Based in Portugal, David works closely with manufacturers and partners to ensure sourcing is efficient, reliable, and aligned with project requirements.
Together, Adam and David provide on-the-ground expertise in both Portugal and Canada, allowing LusoCan to manage sourcing, alignment, and execution seamlessly across borders.
LusoCan is your local partner abroad — and your sourcing ally at home.
